Processing Refunds

Refund Eligibility
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If you cancel, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days at info@arturelights.com with a photo of the defect. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund. For recurring defects, we will refund the purchase amount.
